WEDDINGSURANCE,
BARMITZVAHSURANCE and CELEBRATIONSURANCE represent a unique and exclusive
packaged insurance product specifically designed to protect the financial
investment of your wedding or very special private event. When the individuals
providing the funding begin to add up the total cost of the event, they will
find that it reaches a tidy sum, all of which is at risk should something
unexpected happen. Most of the nine coverages are available on an optional
basis and can be tailored to meet the financial specifications of your
particular wedding or other private event with the one time premium starting at
$195 and coverage beginning up to 2 years prior to the wedding or other private
event date.

of our nation's oldest and most respected insurance companies.
Coverage 1
Cancellation Or Postponement
Cancellation Or
Postponement coverage will pay, up to the coverage limit that you select and
subject to a $250 deductible, the nonrefundable expenses incurred when the
rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding or private event reception or honeymoon,
must be canceled or postponed for certain reasons beyond your control (Change
of Heart is not covered). These reasons include but are not limited to a
sickness or injury to the bride, groom, or for any other private event types,
the Honoree (the person(s)) if any, for Whom the event is being held), or
anyone essential to the wedding or private event; damage or inaccessibility to
the premises where the wedding or private event or related activities are to be
held; loss or damage to the bridal gown or other private event special attire;
corporate or military foreign posting; and job loss. Also covered ate any
weather conditions which prevent the bride, groom, or for other private event
type, the honoree, or any relative whose presence at the wedding or private
event is essential or, the majority of the guests from reaching the premises
where the wedding, private event or reception. is to take place.
Weather
coverage is available only if the policy is purchased 14 or more days from the
date of the event. Failure-to-show of the caterer or, the person engaged to
perform the ceremony is covered for Cancellation Or Postponement. Closure of
the ceremony site or reception site due to financial failure is also covered
for cancellation Or postponement.
Coverage 2
additional Expense (Included With Cancellation Or Postponement)
Additional
expense coverage will pay up to 25% if the limit that you select for Coverage l
cancellation or Postponement for any additional expense necessary to arrange
alternative services to avoid a covered cancellation or postponement of the
wedding, private event, reception or related event.
Coverage 3
Photographs And Video (optional)
For
photographs, the policy will pay, up to the coverage limit that you select and
subject to a $250 deductible, to retake photographs if the photographer fails
to appear for any reason or, the original negatives are lost damaged, stolen or
not properly developed. This coverage will pay the round trip air or auto
travel expenses incurred by the bride, the groom, or for other private event
types, the Honoree, and their immediate families and attendants, to reassemble
for the ceremony pictures to be retaken. It will also pay costs for meals and
lodging while traveling, costs to rehire a photographer, costs to rent a
premises to stage the ceremony pictures, costs to buy a new wedding cake, costs
to buy new flowers and cost to rent necessary wedding or special attire. When
the covered loss or damage is to a video tape which was produced by a
professional videographer the policy will pay up to $500 to have a video
montage or video compilation made of the photographs and other wedding or
private event memorabilia. This limit is part of the Photographs And Video
coverage limit and is also subject to the deductible.
Coverage 4
Gifts (Optional)
Gifts coverage
will pay, up to the coverage limit that you select and subject to a $250
deductible, to repair or replace non- monetary gifts which are lost, stolen or
damaged anywhere within the policy territory of the U.S., its territories and
possessions, and Canada. A police report is required for stoles gifts.

Rented Property (optional)
Rented Property
coverage will pay, up to the coverage limit that you select and subject to a
$500 deductible, to repair or replace rented property for which you are
responsible (including tents), used to facilitate the production of the wedding
or private event, which is lost stolen or damaged anywhere within the policy
territory of the U.S., its territories and possessions, and Canada. A police
report is required for stolen rented property A Loss Payee endorsement and
Certificate Of insurance may be issued to the Rental dealer at any time upon
your request.
Coverage 6
special Attire (Optional)
Special Attire
coverage will pay, up to the coverage limit that you select and subject to a
$250 deductible, to repair or replace the bridal gown and other special attire,
when it is lost stolen or damaged (including financial failure of the bridal
store) anywhere within the policy territory of the U.S., its territorial and
possessions, and Canada. Special attire includes the clothing and accessories
bought or rented and to be worn by the bride, the groom or for other private
event types, the Honoree, and their attendants at the wedding or private event
ceremony. It does not include watches, jewelry or precious or semi-precious
gemstones or pearls (even if attached to clothing), coverage for which may be
purchased under the Jewelry section of this policy. A police report is required
for stolen special attire; A Loss Payee endorsement and certificate Of
Insurance may be issued at any time upon your request for rented special
attire.
Coverage 7
Jewelry (Optional)
Jewelry
coverage will pay, up to the coverage limit that you select and subject to a
$250 deductible, to repair or replace owned, borrowed or rented jewelry for
which you are responsible when it is lost, stolen or damaged anywhere within
the policy territory of the U.S., its territories and possessions and Canada. A
police report is required for stolen jewelry. A Loss Payee endorsement and
certificate Of insurance may be issued at any time upon your request for rented
jewelry.
Coverage 8
Personal liability (Optional)
Personal
Liability coverage (including supplemental defense) will pay up to the coverage
limit that you select, toward the sums for which you become legally
responsively as the result of bodily injury, personal injury or property damage
caused by a covered accident which occurs during the course of a covered event
such as the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony or reception, Additional
Insured endorsements and Certificates Of Insurance may be issued at any time
upon your request. Of special importance to you and to the event sites,
liability coverage available on this policy which is not available on other
liability policies would Include Property Damage Liability (subject to a $500
deductible) for certain property in your care, custody or control. This very
exclusive CARE CUSTODY OR CONTROL COVERAGE includes Property Damage Liability
resulting from damage to the premise which you hire as the sites where the
covered event are to take place.
Most if not all
Homeowners insurance policies and Commercial General Liability policies
specifically exclude (do not cover) Property Damage liability to any property
in your care, custody or control or, to any property which is occupied or used
by you or leased or rented to you. Host liquor liability is included.
Coverage 9
Medical payments (Included With Personal liability)
Medical
Payments coverage will pay up to $1,000 of reasonable medical expenses for each
person who is injured during the covered events from a cause of loss which
would be covered by the personal Liability.

against an insurer, submits an application or files a claim containing a false
or deceptive statement is guilty of insurgence fraud.
